Refund and Returns Policy

Best Jacket Shop is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if your customer ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed their mind.

In case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error please get in touch with our team using the “Submit issue” form and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Please note that Best Jacket Shop will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the customer ordered the wrong size or color. In case of an unsuccessful delivery, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund. For DTG products, there is a tolerance of 0.5″ for print placement, meaning that minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered as defects.

Since products are only printed once ordered, returns and exchanges are not supported.

Returns and exchanges are not supported. We use Printify, a print-on-demand service, which means that all products are unique and produced only once ordered.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we will work with Printify to replace or refund your order if we receive notice within 25 days of product delivery. This can be things like manufacturing errors, items arriving with holes, or the order arriving with clear, demonstrable damage. To do so, please Contact us with clear photo evidence of the item’s improper condition.

Please note that if the order shipping details were incorrect, if you ordered the wrong size or color, or simply changed your mind, we will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. You are responsible for entering all of your correct information.

You are free to cancel an order anytime within 1 hour of your purchase. After that, your order has already been sent to the print providers and production on your product has already begun.
